To share a profile with someone after you have created it, or someone else in their flok open the Account Center menu in the upper right corner, then tap Profile Settings. Navigate to the profile you want to share and tap Manage Access and then Share this Profile.
You’ll then have the option to share to the owner of the profile or of three access levels:
Food: this will allow the recipient to use the EAT section
Food & Moods: this will allow the recipient to use the EAT and FEEL sections
Admin: this will allow the recipient full access to and control over the profile
After selecting an access level, tap Create Code and share it (via email, text, or other communication channels). This code can only be used once and expires in 2 hours.
Alternately: when you are first creating a new profile you will be initially given the option to share with the owner whom you made that profile for.
