Why doesn't Move show...?

My Move chart is empty, but I've had a tracker for years!

This is because when you first connect your fitness device to flok via Apple Health or Google Health you give consent for us to collect that data. We cannot display data prior to that consent so the graph will only display data from the date you connect onwards.

What if I don't log into flok for awhile?

The flok app will gather data if you consented and connected a device previously for up to 30 days. That means if you want 6 months of data to analyze you should try to check the app every day! Record your mood and any symptoms while you're there to build an accurate picture of your overall health.

How to I see the Move data for another profile?

You will currently only see your own personal account data in Move, because that is what is connected to your device's health app. If you manage another profile and that profile's owner has connected a device on their account then you can see their data in "reporting" if you have account permissions to do so.
