Soon, we’ll invite you to sign up for the migration process (HMP > flok App)
If you don’t yet have an account for the flok app, you’ll create one
You’ll log into the flok app and request migration assistance
Users will be migrated in batches, once per account
Migrations will include:
User-created foods
Favorites lists
User-created recipes
Historical records (food logs, labs, notes, and other account data) in a usable format
Please rest assured that HMP won’t be turned off until people have had a chance to migrate their data to flok.
